Your natural character of your heart is like a dirty jar. And by the same way as you won’t enjoy to drink fresh and clean water from a  dirty goblet, God can’t fill your dirty heart with something,  what is clean and holy. Unless you repent for your heart and ask Lord to make you clean.

Your Jar

You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men's bones and everything unclean. In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

                                                                                                                                         Matthew 23;27-28

Your natural heart

The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?

Jeremiah 17;9

Your natural character is disgusting for Lord

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm-- neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.

Revelation 3;15-17

You inherited the character of a natural man

The result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners.

Romans 5;18-19

Your way of acting comes from your sinful mindset

The result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners.

Titus 3;3-719

Your natural desires oppose the desire of a spirit

Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires, the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.

Romans 8;5,7,8
